Does any company except nokia offer free navigation (gps) facilities in india????

i am planning to buy Samsung galaxy s2 or htc sensation..... but lack of free gps makes me wana go back to my fav. Nokia...... y cant i get free navi. in a phone worth Rs. 32000 when Nokia offers the same in 5800 (much cheaper)... is it that difficult??
