Is this Juicy Couture robe authentic?

The second, I mean... they both say authentic so if you were to get either and one turns out fake, you basically could bring on a court case and sue... but definitely the second. Mainly because it still has the tags in-tact. and fakers hardly ever go threw that much trouble... plus all the amount of pictures.
