I have 3 children 1 girl 2 boys.My 2 year old is alot different then my other 2 children.I dealt with the terr?

my 2 year old is always on the go.He sill doesnt sleep all night and he is constantly making messes.He doesnt eat well and will ask for a drink or snack and when its given to him he just throws it.Even though hs continuiosly disciplined he still goes back 2 seconds later and does what he was just punished for.I hate cleaning because as soon as im done one thing hes got another mess going.im at witts end with this.He also does not pay attention i cant even read a book to him because he gets distracted by my dog or smethng else.I have a ard time spending time with my other two kids. I feel like all i do is clean,discipline,and and try to keep a close eye on my 2 year old he is always getting hurt so i cant leave him alone for more than a second.I dont even dare to put him in childcare because i know it wouldnt last.
