I have these little pink dots on my skin that itch like craaazy and i don't know what it is! help!?

I doubt it's anything like chickenpox, cuz I had that when I was like 5... (fyi, I'm 19 now) anyway, i got this itch this morning at uni and it started on my neck, just under my chin, but now it has spread to my shoulders and arms (just above the elbow). its mostly on the left side that the dots and itching is... any clue?
