On the lookout for a space horror flick I saw a long time ago?

I don't remember the name but I remember that it had something to do with a space crew who are awakened to answer some kind of call for help in space, and they go to this planet to answer the call, and they are killed one by one, by the thing that each one of them fears the most. for instance, one of the space crew has a fear of tight spaces, gets caught a tube that gets smaller and smaller, and ends up getting crushed to death (we're talking 'crushed' until exploding into a burst of blood and guts) by these tubes or wires or tentacles, or something.
