Can someone help please .. ?

ok first off i want you to ask your self how far apart the pains are because if they are 3-5 mins apart i would get to hospital or birthing center where ever you are having your baby when you say you have had plenty of shows do you mean bloody show? because that is one good indicator that labor is going to be soon but if you are really worried about it maybe call your mid-wife again im sure she will know what to do *congrats*
