Please help, Theres is a weird lump on my 3rd and 4th toes?

I could be the beginning stages of the bubonic plague. The lymph nodes swell much like what you are describing. Seeing as the plague is highly contagious and deadly I would suggest seeking medical attention immediately, unless you want to end up deformed and die a horrible death.
