Overnight guests in Florida apartment?

Read your lease agreement and see if it says anything about the number of occupants allowed. Generally if an adult stays most of the time there, the landlord could do something about it if that person is not on the lease. But how in the world could he know about this friend staying over? Are you sure he isn't stalking you? I would check the attic for cameras, etc. This guy sounds weird..
