I've started getting maggot like creatures appearing on my kitchen ceiling and having done some basic research?

... it appears they are the larvare of pantry moths but I have yet to see any moths. Having checked my dry goods only the flour seems affected with little brown crawlers but that hasn't stopped me throwing everything out that wasn't sealed tightly.
