What would you do about this?

I have been writing to a Ukrainian woman for 1 1/2 years now (one of those Russian/Ukrainian marriage agency). We met on-line but for a year we use each other's E-mail. With every holiday, including Women's Day, I have sent flowers or something. The first year she forgot my birthday, okay, that was understandable and she apologized for it but she did it again! I do not want to mention it to her, I would rather she found out about it from something she discovers, even if I have to write about important holidays in each of our respective countries. I am angry and disappointed over this, especially from her. I want to ask if she really wants to continue this relationship or if she is just a cold hearted person who does not give a damn about any other person. She is a Gemini and I completely understand this type of person. I am a Capricorn and normally things like this do not get to me but come on, is it that hard to wish someone "Happy Birthday"? In Ukraine there are 6 holidays (romantic or gift giving towards women) and with each holiday the expense can add up. Is she just thoughtless, does she want this relationship to continue, is this part of a Gemini's nature? I am so confused about the entire issue yet I do not want to do something stupid, but I do want to do something...I need help
