I was taking glucosamine for joint maintenance with good results, but I recently learned that I'm allergic to virtually all fish. All the glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM products I've looked at seem to be chock full of shark, shell-fish and other fish products. I'm an active runner, also doing some boxing workouts, nearing 50 and want to support my joints (specifically knees and wrists) any way I can. Any good alternatives?
