I would like to put a programmer on my 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi 5.7 litter?

I would like to put a programmer on my 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi 5.7 litter. What I would like to know is where would be the cheapest place to buy it and what would u suggest me put in it? I am hoping that this will help with my issue of no takeoff and very poor performance.
